how to make your own pre-poo

It is very simple and easy to make your own Pre-Poo and can be tweak and change to an individuals liking. Here’s how I make my own.

What you Need:

2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise (more or less depending on hair length)

2 tablespoons of Olive Oil or Coconut Oil

1 egg

1 teaspoon of honey

Optional: You can add your conditioner to the mix

Mix the ingredients until it is a medium thick consistency. Applying the Pre-Poo to your hair can be messy so I recommend that you wear a towel or old shirt and cover your floor or sink. Before applying section your hair in 4 or 6 parts and apply the Pre-Poo to each section. When you are done cover your hair with a shower cap and wrap with a towel to stop any leaking. Allow the Pre-Poo to sit on your hair for 30 minutes to an hour, then follow with shampoo and conditioner.

HOW often do i PRE-POO?

You can Pre-Poo every wash day, bi-weekly or monthly. Just make sure to not sleep over night with the Pre-Poo this mixture needs to be wash out the same day that it is applied.
